On October 1, Kyiv Smart City Forum 2019 was held in the capital of Ukraine. This event is one of the major events of Eastern Europe and a unique meeting place for government and the public, entrepreneurs, experts and urbanists to discuss cutting-edge innovation strategies and technologies in urban infrastructure.
The forum was dedicated to the promotion of smart city technologies and the introduction of innovative solutions in cities. Its purpose was to draw attention to the use of smart-city technologies for the development of urban infrastructure, as well as to familiarize the public with the best Ukrainian and world practices and real cases. Among the guests of the event were experienced experts from Ukraine and Europe in the field of city development and implementation of modern smart technologies, business and city government representatives, vendors, architects, thought leaders and urbanists.
Kyiv Smart City Forum 2019 demonstrated the best examples of collaboration between the state and the private sector in digital urban services and services projects.
More than 3000 guests, 60 Ukrainian and international speakers, Short Talks performances, 1000 m 2 smart expo zone with innovative solutions, test drives of electric cars and hybrids on the helicopter site of KVC "Park", networking with representatives of the technological elite. They have come together to share experiences, share best practices, and open up new avenues for collaboration.
