On the 21 of June the Mayor of Kyiv, Vitalii Klichko, and Veolia’s Country Director Ukraine, Matthias Vogel, signed a Letter of Intent to jointly develop solutions for municipal solid waste treatment in the City of Kyiv.

In frame of the signed document, the City of Kyiv and Veolia CEE agreed to jointly develop a roadmap for the development and implementation of a sustainable step-by-step system for solid waste treatment. Veolia expressed hope for a fruitful and successful cooperation with Kyiv city authorities.
